Design & Manufacture of Genset Enclosures including:

C175-20 Enclosures

• 4 no. acoustic enclosures for CAT C175-20 generators with set mount fan to a 70dBA @ 1m acoustic requirement
• Total enclosure dimensions 15m (L) x 3.5m (W) x 4.3m (H)
• Barclay Engineering intake and discharge ducts, attenuators, moisture eliminators, mufflers
• Dinak exhaust system
• Double skinned 2000L fuel day tank and associated fuel system
• Lighting and Small Power system including Distribution Board
• Emergency stop system.
• Fire Panel and devices.

C18 Enclosure

• 1 no. acoustic enclosures for CAT C18 generators with set mount fan to a 70dBA @ 1m acoustic requirement
• Total enclosure dimensions 8m (L) x 2.8m (W) x 3.5m (H)
• Barclay Engineering intake and discharge ducts, attenuators, muffler
• Dinak exhaust system
• Lighting and Small Power system including Distribution Board

Barclay Engineering also facilitated the Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for the CAT C175-20 enclosures for the Client in Barclay Engineering’s Canning Vale Facility prior to transport.
