Mufflers

Mufflers offer long-term solutions to most exhaust noise problems that arise from diesel generators and compressors, earthmoving equipment, trucks, tractors and other machinery powered by internal combustion engines. The mufflers are designed to minimise back-pressure and hence reduce power-loss. We provide a range of muffler types to cover a range of noise levels and a wide variety of applications. Our standard sizes manufactured range from 50mm up to 500mm and we have regularly manufactured mufflers up to 900mm and longer for special applications. The mufflers are manufactured in various materials including mild steel, stainless steel, fibreglass etc.

Exhaust Bellows

There are only two basic types of exhaust bellows – singles and doubles, and their purpose is to absorb the movement in any pipe work that is fixed between two anchors. The single bellows units are chiefly used to absorb axial movement, while the double units are more suitable where lateral movement is present. The bellows can be manufactured in various materials including stainless steel.
